About
Located on the slopes of a relict volcano It houses a natural monument — the "Devil’s Chair" area. The stones resemble pieces of furniture, and there’s a legend that says the Devil himself sat here listening to the songs of a simple Karelian girl he was in love with. The botanical garden features a collection of exotic plants, an apple orchard, an arboretum, and the rocky shores of Lake Onega with steep slopes that attract lovers of beautiful landscapes.
