Two fascinating ancient architectural monuments In the Chishminsky District, there are two historic tombs — the mausoleums of Khusein-bek and Tur-khan. According to legend, Khusein-bek was the first imam and founder of Islam in Bashkiria. Tur-khan was a descendant of Genghis Khan and took part in significant historical events of the 14th century, though little precise information about his life has survived.
