Chita Datsan (Damba Braibunling)

About

A Buddhist monastic complex The datsan is interesting both as an architectural landmark and as a place where you can learn about the traditions and philosophy of Buddhism. In addition to the main temple—an example of traditional Buryat architecture—you will see gazebos with prayer wheels, the abbot’s yurt (Bair Lama), and a stupa designed as a pointed-roof gazebo. You can enter it and leave an offering.
