A unique opportunity to taste Baikal omul fish soup The festival's main focus is omul fish, which is found only in Lake Baikal. Chefs from local cafes and restaurants will cook more than 500 liters of signature Baikal fish soup and offer it free of charge to all guests. The program also includes master classes, concerts, children’s entertainment, and a farmer’s market.
