Russian Opera Festival

World-class performers take the stage amid the scenery of a Siberian village The festival traditionally features world opera stars and soloists from Russia's leading academic theatres, including the Bolshoi Theatre, the Mariinsky Theatre, Novaya Opera, Helikon-Opera, and others. You will hear arias, arioso pieces, recitatives, choruses, duets, and ensembles from classical productions. The creative force behind the festival is Ilmar Lapinsch — Artistic Director and Chief Conductor of the Governor's Symphony Orchestra and Honoured Artist of Russia.
