Ural Dumplings on Nicholas of Winter

Taste the delicious dumplings prepared in the region’s traditions. Dumplings are a signature dish of Ural cuisine, prepared in a unique way. The filling consists of three types of meat and onions for juiciness. As tradition goes, producers from all over Chelyabinsk Region will come to the festival.
