Millionka is a neighborhood located in the historic center of Vladivostok. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was a Chinese quarter known for its notorious establishments. Today, Millionka is home to numerous restaurants and cafés, murals on old tenement buildings, and local artists' workshops that you can visit.
