Beer, cider, Krasnostop red wine, and dry white wine made from the Sibirkovy grape variety are also served. For appetizers, the menu offers more than ten types of caviar from across Russia, including omul, vendace, Kamchatka sockeye salmon, Chukotka chum salmon, black sturgeon caviar, and more. The menu also includes lightly salted sockeye salmon, smoked chum salmon, and familiar classics of Russian cuisine.
