Khinkal

About

This is an old traditional dish that was once prepared for local shepherds. Today, it’s one of the most popular meals in Dagestan. The dish is served in parts: the broth comes separately, boiled pieces of unleavened dough separately, and the meat — either boiled or cured — separately.
