One of the trendiest and most photogenic spots in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Lake Toscanka is located near the town of Vorsma. Visitors often go paddleboarding here and take stunning photos against the crystal-clear blue water. Just be careful — even in the peak of summer, the water temperature doesn’t rise above 5°C, so avoid falling in while paddling. By the way, every summer Vorsma hosts the “Russian Tuscany” festival with a parade of themed boats, historical reenactments, and various workshops.
