A 360-degree viewing platform with a view of the city in the heart of the Fishermen's Village This is perhaps the best spot for panoramic photos. From a height of 33 meters, you get panoramic views of the Pregolya, the Cathedral, Kant Island, the New Synagogue, the embankment, and the surroundings of Kaliningrad. At the entrance to the tower, guests are greeted by a colorful sailor with a monkey on his shoulder resting on a bench and an innkeeper peeking out from behind the door.
