About
This is the oldest museum in Siberia, founded at the end of the 18th century. The building features elements of Moorish style. In the past, it housed the East Siberian Department of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society. The nature department holds rich collections introducing guests to local flora and fauna. In addition, lectures and master classes for adults and children, as well as themed exhibitions, are regularly held here. The museum also has an office offering bus tours of the city and surroundings.
