About
The hallmark of Tyumen and a favorite place for walking and cycling among locals. It is also the only four-level embankment in Russia and is included in the UNESCO tourist route. Here you can admire the river views and the vast Siberian sky, while sculptures and bas-reliefs introduce you to iconic historical figures — such as Siberia’s first cartographer Semyon Remezov or the legendary explorer Vitus Bering. The carefully designed project transformed wild riverbanks into a network of paths, ramps, staircases, descents to the water, parking, recreation areas, parks, sports zones, and public restrooms. The result is a modern, inclusive urban space, accessible year-round — including for people with limited mobility. In winter, it features a free skating rink and snowboarding hill, while in summer, street performers and musicians entertain visitors.

Darsan Hill
From a height of 138 meters, you can see all of Yalta. Below lies the port, houses cascade down the slopes, and the sea glitters in the distance. At the summit, there’s a viewing platform with a panorama that’s stunning both in daylight and under the electric glow of city lights after sunset.
