About
This is one of the most striking buildings in Khabarovsk. Built in the Russian style, it attracts attention with its ornate facades, tented roofs, and decorative ridge. Originally, the building was constructed for the city council, but in the 1940s, it began hosting various creative activities for Soviet schoolchildren. Pioneers attended clubs for aircraft modeling, sewing, dance and art classes, and chess. Today, these traditions are partly preserved—the building now houses the Children's Creativity Center.
