A new urban public space. Fr om the amphitheater with the giant “Strelka” sign, you can enjoy panoramic views of wh ere the Oka and Volga rivers meet and take in the historic city center. You can also visit the monumental 19th-century Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Strelka is also home to the famous Nizhny Novgorod Stadium, where you can book a guided tour and discover all the behind-the-scenes action. And don’t miss one of the city’s most iconic sights — the ornate metal frameworks of the “pakgauz” warehouses, once pavilions for the 1896 All-Russian Industrial and Art Exhibition, now transformed into a concert hall and exhibition venue.
