It is an excellent place for leisurely walks. The boulevard is named after a famous Chechen dancer of the 20th century. The street stretches between Akhmat Kadyrov Central Square and the Theatre Square. There are many benches, shade from trees, and street concerts on weekends. Along the boulevard you will find the Youth Theatre, the Barsky House, and the Khanpasha Nuradilov Drama Theatre. Locals call this street the “Chechen Arbat.”

Livadia Palace
This architectural masterpiece from the early 20th century was designed by architect Nikolai Krasnov. The palace was built in just 17 months and became the last structure erected in the Russian Empire for the Romanov family. In 1945, it hosted the Yalta Conference with leaders of the anti-Hitler coalition.
