About
One of the oldest parks in the city Colorful flowerbeds and paths appeared here almost 200 years ago. The poet Alexander Pushkin and writer Lev Tolstoy enjoyed walking here. Scenes from the classic novels "A Hero of Our Time" by Mikhail Lermontov and "The Twelve Chairs" by Ilf and Petrov unfolded in the park. A monument to one of the literary characters has even been erected here.
