Modern classics of Siberian cuisine. Based on local gastronomic traditions combining Russian cuisine, indigenous peoples' diets and Asian neighbors' traditions. Special mention goes to the "Rituals" tasting set dedicated to ceremonies of Yenisei Siberia's indigenous peoples. The set includes eight dishes symbolizing different rituals, including an edible fly agaric sandwich, bird-shaped pie, ram's cheeks and thymus gland. Note that the set must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
