“Waiting Woman” Monument

This monument is a symbol of loyalty, love, and female strength. The sculpture shows a woman looking toward Kola Bay, seeing off and welcoming ships and sailors. Some say she is a mother waiting for her son, others — a wife awaiting her husband’s return. The best photos here are taken at sunset.
