Traditional dishes of the Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples of the North hold a special place on the menu, including yukola, khelty, tykhemin, berry desserts and other regional specialties. All dishes are prepared by a chef who is a representative of the Indigenous Small-Numbered Peoples of the North and carefully preserves authentic culinary traditions while revealing the rich flavors of northern cuisine.
