The oldest museum in Siberia The museum was founded in 1895 and today houses more than 179,000 exhibits. You will see unique collections telling the story of Zabaykalye’s history and nature. Highlights include collections of precious metals, weapons from different eras, numismatic tems, Decembrists’ manuscripts, paintings, porcelain pieces, and much more. The museum is interesting for both adults and children.
