Buuz (Pozy)

About

Steamed dumplings with filling The base of this dish is thin dough made from water, flour, and salt, while the filling is made from chopped meat with onions. Buuz are most often steamed and served with sour cream or mustard. You eat them similarly to khinkali: first take a small bite, sip the meat broth inside, and then eat the whole dumpling.
