The restaurant combines gastronomy with the aesthetics of beach life. Delmar has three zones: a beach with white umbrellas (marked with the "Blue Flag"), a panoramic terrace on the roof with sunsets and DJ sets, and the main hall in Mediterranean rustic style. The main pride is seafood: signature soup, shrimp platter, frito misto, penne with two types of octopus, and dishes with rapan and mussels. The menu also offers 11 types of pasta, a dozen pizzas, antipasti, grilled dishes, and fresh vegetable salads. All this is accompanied by the sound of the surf and an excellent wine list.
