About

The Christmas fairy tale comes to life in the town of Shuya One of the country’s largest festivals dedicated to the main winter holiday. The centerpiece of the festival is the Christmas Miracle Park — a space where contemporary light installations are combined with profound Christian imagery. The park’s main art installation is “The Church,” recreating the appearance of the Church of the Holy Mandylion, which was destroyed in 1930. Glowing angels, the Star of Bethlehem, and biblical scenes create a special sense of Christmas wonder throughout the town. During the festival, visitors can travel to Shuya aboard a retro train decorated with the Star of Bethlehem.
