About
The largest man-made park in Europe The area of this stunning place is 966 hectares. It is a unique blend of human effort and the beauty of the Caucasian nature: the Narzan Gallery, pavilions, paths, alleys, and monuments surrounded by trees. The park entrances are located right in the center of Kislovodsk, which is especially convenient for visitors. At the other end, the park stretches to the southeast tip of the city and further into the slopes of the Dzhinal Ridge. The park’s website offers six route options. Five of them are wellness walking routes (terrenkury), taking 30 to 180 minutes to complete. The sixth route is a more challenging tourist trail, designed for those who have already trained on the terrenkury. Five routes start from the Narzan Gallery. The shortest route, Terrenkur 2A, starts at the Plaza Sanatorium. The park is divided into three parts: Upper, Middle, and Lower. The Lower part contains most of the sculptural compositions. Here you can enjoy architectural forms: by the Olykhovka River, you’ll be greeted by a snow-white colonnade. Stroll along the embankment — you’ll see a cascade of pools with sculptures, created in the 1950s: a mother bathing her child, a child holding a fish, a teenager walking in the water. Impressive too is the "Kiss Corner" grotto with the delicate "Lady's Whim" bridge. Also, in the Lower Park, there is the visitor center.
