In the 17th century, trade flourished here, and ships arrived at the pier with goods. Since then, the embankment has remained popular among residents and visitors. Stroll along the Angara, admire its blue expanse and the cityscape. Don’t forget to photograph the Savior Church from the early 18th century and visit the observation deck for a panorama.

Yunost and Konny Islands
On the banks of the Angara, you will find a rope park, skate park, volleyball court, many bike paths, outdoor exercise equipment, and an amphitheater.

Monument to Alexander III
The monument to the emperor was laid in 1903 to commemorate the completion of the country’s main railway line — the Trans-Siberian Railway.
