A favorite place for children The puppet theater was founded by a small group of enthusiasts led by Vladimir Ralchuk, an honored cultural worker of the Buryat ASSR, who formed a professional troupe of four actors in 1981. The theater has its own international festival, “On the Islands of Wonders.”
