A striking highlight of the cityscape The museum building is constructed in the traditional Japanese teikan-zukuri style. The exhibition introduces visitors to the region’s geology, flora and fauna, as well as the cultures of the peoples who lived here in the past and those who live here today. For visitors with disabilities, the museum is equipped with tactile and visual information tools, navigation signs, plaques with embossed line fonts and Braille, as well as tactile mnemonic schemes and indicators. The first floor of the exhibition is accessible for people with limited mobility.
