Sarma, Yufahash, and Chir-Chir

Meat dishes from Crimean Tatar and Karaim cuisine. Sarma is meat wrapped in grape leaves, yufahash are small dumplings, and chir-chir is a Karaim version of cheburek, distinguished by its triangular shape.
