About
Shartash Lake is over a million years old. To highlight its antiquity, a paleo park was recently created here. Seven sculptures of prehistoric animals of the Urals were placed on the lake shore: a mammoth with a calf, cave lions, a woolly rhinoceros, a bison, and a deer. All are life-size. You can walk along the “Lake Moraine” eco-trail.
