A dish made with finely chopped meat and noodle dough Khushury come from Mongolia. They are similar to cheburek (a deep-fried pastry with meat filling), but smaller. The filling includes onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, and other spices. The shaped khushury are pan-fried on both sides until golden brown, using plenty of oil.
